Why maintenance pricing exists
Cheaper than the emergency call
Inland Empire water is hard, and hard water is what kills water heaters early. A yearly flush clears the scale that forces the burner to work through sediment, and the rod check catches corrosion before it reaches the tank wall.
A flush is scheduled work on your calendar. A failed heater is a Saturday, a flooded garage, and a replacement you did not plan for. The specials exist to keep the first from becoming the second.
